Introducing BGL Integration: Streamlining SMSF Management

We are excited to introduce BGL integration, a powerful new feature designed to enhance your experience by eliminating the need to manually enter SMSF information into the BGL's Simple Fund 360 SMSF administration software.

 

With this integration, you can transfer your SMSF data directly from the SMSF document delivery page in your Trustdeed account to BGL Simple Fund 360, saving you valuable time and ensuring that all information is accurately uploaded, minimising the risk of clerical errors.

 

This automation makes your life easier, allowing you to focus on more important tasks, enjoy peace of mind and perhaps even take a moment to relax with a cup of coffee.
   

How the Integration Works?
   

Below are the steps to quickly locate and fully benefit from this new feature. 

 

1. Login: Login to your Trustdeed account at www.trustdeed.com.au

2. New SMSF tab: Navigate to the Document Manager and click on the New SMSF tab. Here, you will             find a list of all your superfunds under "Finished Paid Documents, as shown in the image below:

3. Export to BGL: Click on the link “Export to BGL” against any specific SMSF you wish to export                    to Simple Fund 360. The system will prompt you to enter your Simple Fund 360 login credentials, as              shown in the image below:

4. Authentication: After signing in, the system will request a security code sent to your registered           phone number associated with your Simple Fund 360. Please enter the 6-digit code and submit, as               shown in the image below:

5. Authorise Information Transfer: Once the authentication is complete, you will be prompted to                      authorise the transfer of your SMSF information to Simple Fund 360 as shown below.

6. Successful Connection to BGL: After authorisation, the connection to Simple Fund 360 will be established successfully, as shown in the image below:

7. Export to BGL:  To transfer a specific fund, click the "Export to BGL" button. A pop-up will appear, as shown in the image below. Once completed, all your SMSF fund details, including trustee and member information, will be exported to BGL Simple Fund 360
