EOFY UPDATE – ASIC Fee Changes & Trustdeed - New Pricing From 1 July 2025

From 1 July 2025, ASIC fees are increasing, and we’ll also be making a small adjustment to our document pricing.

 
We know no one loves a price rise – but we’re keeping things as fair and transparent as possible. This slight increase in our prices is the first in the last three years – we have kept our prices unchanged in the past even though cumulative inflation went over 18%. Our wages cost has gone up by 22% - Our Service providers are now charging 27% more than what they were charging three years back.
 
We have realized that we cannot continue to provide the same level of service without this price increase. To keep the business going and as we invest in new websites such as accuai.com.au, companychanges.com.au, we have no other choice. We have invested heavily in IT infrastructure and cyber Security and will soon be ISO 27001 compliant. You will notice that our fees are going up by a very small percentage and it is absolutely necessary.
 
But the good news is that our Voucher Packages remain unchanged, and it gives us great pleasure in offering 10% off on our 100 Voucher plan which never expires – instead of $9,000 you will pay only $8,100 (Incl. GST).
