Important Update: ASIC Fees Revised – Effective 1st July

   

We would like to inform you that ASIC fees has been increased from 1st July 2025. These changes will impact various company-related fees, and we have aligned our pricing accordingly to reflect the revised ASIC fees.

 

Key Fee Changes:

  • Application for registration as an Australian Company (proprietary company that has share capital)  - increased from $597 to $611

  • Annual Review Fees for proprietary companies has increased from $321 to $329.

  • Special Purpose Companies has also experienced a fee increase:

    • Proprietary companies: Increased from $65 to $67.
    • Non-Proprietary companies: Increased from $61 to $62.
  • Late Payment Fee for companies increased from $401 to $411.

 

Here's a more detailed breakdown:

 

Annual Review Fees:

  • Proprietary companies: Increased from $321 to $329

  • Special purpose proprietary companies: Increased from $65 to $67

  • Special purpose non-proprietary companies: Increased from $61 to $62

  • Registered schemes and notified foreign passports: Increased from $1,492 to $1,528

Late Payment Fees:

  • For companies: Increased from $401 to $411

Voluntary Deregistration Fee:

  • For companies: Increased from $49 to $50
