Step 1:Login to your TrustDeed account and navigate to:

Document Manager > Property Tools > Click on "Property Title Search" as shown below.

Step 2: Simply enter the property address or the lot/folio/Ref number, then proceed to payment to complete your title search.

Title deed of the property in NSW, QLD and VIC will be provided instantly. For other states Title deed of the property will be provided in 2 hours during business hours.
