Step-by-Step Registration Guide

Step 2:  Create Your Credentials Enter the email address you wish to use for all platform correspondence. This email will serve as your unique User ID. Choose a strong, preferred password to secure your login.
   
Step 3:  Email Verification Our system will automatically generate a verification email. Please check your inbox (and your spam folder, just in case) and click the link inside. This step confirms that we have a valid line of communication with you.
   
Step 4:  Mobile Authentication (OTP) Enter your current mobile number. You will receive a text message containing a One-Time Password (OTP). Enter this code into the registration screen to link your device to your account, adding an essential layer of multi-factor authentication.
   
Step 5:  Identity Verification (Biometric Check) You will now be guided through our secure ID verification module. This is a critical step for account activation.
  • What you need: Please have a valid Photo ID ready (such as your Australian Driver’s Licence or Passport).
  • The Process: You will need a smartphone with a working selfie camera. Our system will guide you through capturing clear images of your ID and a quick "selfie" to confirm a match. This process is encrypted and takes only a few minutes.
   
Step 6:  Account Finalization Once our system successfully verifies your identity, your account will be fully registered. You can then log in using your registered email and password to begin setting up your professional profile.
   
Step 7:  You are All Set! Your account is now active and compliant, giving you full access to the suite of services offered by Trustdeed.com.au.
